After working extensively in top New York salons, George Wilman and Scott Bond opened an exclusive boutique service for celebrities, executives and individuals who were seeking luxury and privacy; onsite, on set and in their own homes. The KNOW! line grew out of their desire to create sumptuous, natural products that are also environmentally-friendly. Currently, Wilman and Bond visit private clients in their homes and at work, providing a variety of services including, cut, color, hair extensions and facials.

George Wilman began his career training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He quickly established himself as a leader in the hair-care industry by developing his own lines of hair and skin care products, as well as a make-up line marketed under the Savoy brand name. He was recruited by Redken, Jheri Redding, Institute of Tricology, and Paul Mitchell as a platform artist and educator and Wilman also spent time shaping management policies at Chanel's Frederic Fekkai salon at Bergdorf Goodman. He returned to hair cutting and styling at Elizabeth Arden and opened the New York branch of the LA salon Privé, in Soho, before creating his boutique onsite business for private clients.

Scott Bond has been coloring hair for 15 years, designing color styles for many film, television and Broadway stars. He was first recruited to join Frederic Fekkai at his Bergdorf Goodman Salon where he trained under head colorist Constance Hartnett and studied at the prestigious L'Oreal institute. Bond was quickly promoted and worked on high-profile socialites and celebrity clients before joining the John Barrett salon as their senior colorist. He's also served as head colorist at Elizabeth Arden and Privé New York salons. His work has been featured in many national magazines including Allure, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, More Magazine and Harper's Bazaar.
